Practice Areas

  • Anna takes an active role in all of the firm’s cases and practice areas. She handles hearings and depositions, all aspects of discovery, legal research, and trials. Anna has drafted and filed briefs before numerous Texas courts of appeal, the Texas Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In addition to her litigation and appellate dockets, she negotiates and advises clients on non-compete and severance agreements. Anna is also expanding her practice to include representation of automobile dealerships in both litigation and pre-litigation matters.

Background

  • Anna’s hometown is Hico, Texas. She enjoys driving sports cars, walking her dogs and maintaining her 1920s bungalow. She also writes a car blog, Motorista, and loves motorsports events.
